Tom's focus is on representing office space users and owners by leveraging his development, project management, and legal advisory experience to uniquely create value. Previously, Tom was the General Counsel and Project Manager at Beitler Real Estate Corporation, and was a Summer Associate at Richards, Kibbe & Orbe in New York City. He graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Political Science and earned a JD at the University of Illinois. Tom is currently an active member of the Illinois State Bar and the Board of Directors of the Columbia University Club of Chicago. Tom enjoys fishing and golf in his spare time.

Josh is a 2010 graduate of Indiana University with a major in telecommunications, concentrations in media & society and design & production, plus a minor in business from the Kelly School of Business. While there, Josh created his very own movie review TV show called "The Red Hot Ticket". Accordingly, Josh brings a fresh perspective and essential skills to Op2mize in support of our client projects and internal needs. He grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago where he spent his summers playing baseball and working as a Counselor at Discovery Day Camp. His LEED Green Associate credentials are currently pending. Josh plans to executive produce the 1st major motion picture to gross over $1 billion.

Reino E. Salmi

Reino is in charge of facility modeling and dynamic simulation for Op2mize. Trained as a mechanical engineer, he is an accomplished operational efficiency expert, primarily focusing on sophisticated manufacturing and distribution clientele such as Wrigley, USG, Ingersoll-Rand, Clairol, Cooper Tire, and Bagcraft, among others. He has over 19 years of project experience. Previously he was with Republic Windows and Jacobs-Sverdrup. He is currently working on his Six Sigma green belt. He earned his BSME from the University of Illinois and an MSME from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is an avid runner and supporter of youth hockey.
