Geoff is the Founder / President & CEO of Op2mize. He is an award-winning digital real estate strategist with over 25 years and $1 billion of transaction and advisory experience. He is the Past President of both SIOR-Chicago and AIRE, and has served on numerous Boards including SIOR-National and the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan. He is currently an Executive Officer / Board Member of the Small Business Advocacy Council (SBAC). In addition to being a nationally recognized speaker and writer, he is a LEED AP, an SIOR, a Cisco Registered Partner, and a DQI Trailblazer. Geoff excels in bundling creative and strategic best practices in energy efficiency and space innovation with the fundamentals that drive the success of any project. In his spare time he supports public education technology initiatives, and enjoys digital photography and traveling with his family.

Paul D. Fishbein, LEED Green Associate

Paul is Principal/Executive Vice President and CFO of Op2mize. Since 1988, he has established a distinguished track record by creating innovative solutions resulting in significant savings and returns for his clients. Prior to Op2mize, Paul spent 14 years as a partner with Amerimar Enterprises and Centrum Properties. He has experienced success as both a commercial real estate broker and developer with over $700 million in transactions and developments to his credit. With additional expertise in sustainability, he helped create Illinois' largest private geothermal HVAC system along with many other public and private sector facilities. He is a dedicated board member for the Foundation for Retinal Research. He is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Chicago where he majored in Economics.

Aaron H. Paris

Aaron currently serves as a Principal and Chief Intelligence Officer at Op2mize.  With over 31 years of experience, he specializes in both establishing strategy and execution as it relates to the opportunities and/or concerns faced by those real estate stakeholders regarding their potential or existing real estate investments.  Before joining Op2mize, Aaron served as EVP and COO of Reno-NV-based DP Partners, two years with Los Angeles-based Tooley & Company, a Trammell Crow Company and 18 years with Metropolitan Structures.  Aaron earned a BS degree in economics from Bradley University and an MBA degree from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a CPA, an associate member of SIOR and a frequent speaker and panelists at a broad range of commercial real estate trade conferences and conventions.

Thomas A. Bueltmann, LEED Green Associate

Tom is a Senior Managing Director of Op2mize. Tom's focus is on representing office space users and owners by leveraging his development, project management, and legal advisory experience to uniquely create value. Previously, Tom was the General Counsel and Project Manager at Beitler Real Estate Corporation, and was a Summer Associate at Richards, Kibbe & Orbe in New York City. He graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Political Science and earned a JD at the University of Illinois. Tom is currently an active member of the Illinois State Bar and the Board of Directors of the Columbia University Club of Chicago. Tom enjoys fishing and golf in his spare time.

David L. Liebman, SIOR, LEED Green Associate, JD

As a Senior Vice President at Op2mize, David provides strategic direction and implementation for an array of space users and owners/landlords by leveraging his legal background to achieve optimal project results. Prior to joining Op2mize, David was Senior Associate with the Industrial Properties Group at Colliers International, and with CB Richard Ellis. He has completed over 300 projects totaling more than $750 million in consideration and is licensed in both IL & WI. Previously, he practiced litigation, corporate and real estate law in Chicago. Currently, he is Vice President and Admissions Chair of the Chicago Chapter of SIOR and Vice-Chair of the SIOR National Admissions Committee. David is a Past President of AIRE where he still serves as Chair of the Education & Ethics Committee. He is a Board member of YouthBuild Lake County and active with the Children’s Heart Foundation. David graduated from Colgate University with an AB in Geology and earned his JD at DePaul University. In his spare time David referees local youth hockey. 

Alexandra I. Ochoa

Alex is responsible for all marketing activities at Op2mize with a focus on digital marketing materials, resources, analytics, and strategies. She leads the charge on the Op2mize website, our social media platform, property marketing, email campaigns, videos, virtual tours, graphics, 3D imagery, Google Earth fly-bys, Prezi's, etc. She has a background in such marketing endeavors having come to Op2mize from stops as a Media Associate/Assistant Buyer at A. Eicoff & Co. (a division of Ogilvy) and a Healthcare Insurance Specialist on the Healthcare Solutions Team. Alex has a Bachelors of Science degree with an emphasis on Markteing from Eastern Illinois University.
